I SAW THE MOTHA FUCKING USED.
I went to the show last night. Me, Meghan, & Mara went. Then Taylor, Shelby, Ariel, & Brandon showed up. When we were in the line we got these download cards for only 10 dollars so we could meet the band after the show as well as get their new EP Shallow Believer on ITunes. I already downloaded it though...sooooooooo I don't really need it. It'll go unUSED (Hahaha) until I find someone who wants it, I suppose.

First some annoying band in which whose songs were composed of nothing but "woahhhh"s I knew their whole album already. XD Then Street Drum Corps came on. They're pretty damn bitchin' if you ask me. They use kegs, pipes and shit to drum on... it's fucking sweet. Thennn Army of Me came on. They weren't as bad as I thought they'd be. I just only knew one of their songs. =P
Then finally Straylight Run came on. =] They played both of my favorite songs by them. Yay. I was sooo happy when they played Hands In The Sky. =D I was so angry though cuz there was a girl behind us bitching the whole fucking time. She had this little chubby asian boyfriend too... and she was tall & fat. It was kinda amusing.
Ariel told her off cuz she wouldn't stop complaining about the pushing...dude.. stfu, it's a show. You're going to be fucking pushed. Enjoy it or just leave. Ha the girl tried to bitch back & say "I'm not fucking complaining, fuck you!" ...but ya know what? She shut the hell up after that. =] I was just mad she kept bitching about Straylight Run. They're an awesome band so you stfu.
FINALLY... The Used came out. =] Shelby started crying before that cuz she saw Bert on the side. ^_^ They played and were AMAZING. I was only about 2 people away from the front the whole time. I had my camera on my arm and it got ripped from me & the batteries fell out. Some girl picked up a camera that looked like mine & I asked Meghan if it was her cuz we have same one & she said no. Then I realized it was mine O_o The girl had already set it over the baracade. She got it back for me though. =] No damage. Just no more pics. ='[ Oh well, Meghan got some BITCHIN pics & vids.
It was a tight fit there. Haha. I wonder how that girl felt then. XD Especially when Bert threw his towels coinsidentially both near me and the fangirls rampaged over it. XD Bert sweaty towel... sounds good? XD I don't blame them though. If it were AFI... well I'm not gonna get into that. He brought up some people to dance on stage during Paralyzed (Not Paralyzer ;adslfkj)..including this little girl and he brought her up on the little box thingy & she knew all the words. Fucking awesome! asd;fkj =]
Then some girl screamed really loud & he brought her up saying it was the most horrifying thing he's ever heard. XD & she screamed through the mic. I beg to differ. Seriously. There was this girl screaming "HOLY SHIT" in the beginning of the acoustic version of "Silver & Cold" ...that my friend, was fucking scary.
Then I searched for a long ass while looking for Shelby cuz she was holding my download card. I was freaking out b/c Meghan & Mara were in line for meeting them already and we couldn't be in the line if we didn't have a card. I finally found her though. =] And got it. Waited in line... I picked up a show poster that was wet & ripped a bit...but oh well. I wanted it. =] Then got up there to meet them. ^_^
I got them to sign my ticket (mainly) & 2 of them signed the download card. It's hard to tell the writing & I wasn't paying much attention. Then I asked Bert if I could hug him & he said sure. I hugged him. ^_^ Then I got to Jeph... asked if I could hug him & he said of course & I hugged him as;dflkj He was really sweet too. He said thanks for coming to the show and I was like a;sdfkj ahh no thank you! a;sdfkj XD I wasn't that fangirlish.
